Integration Lead - SAP BTP Integration Suite
Lead the design and delivery of modern SAP integration solutions across SAP BTP, S/4HANA and enterprise SaaS landscapes.
We are looking for an Integration Lead to guide the design and delivery of SAP integration solutions for enterprise clients across Australia.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can work with architects, developers, project teams and client stakeholders to turn integration strategy into well-governed, reliable delivery. You will lead integration workstreams, shape patterns and standards, support developers and help clients modernise from legacy middleware to SAP BTP Integration Suite.
- Lead the delivery of SAP BTP Integration Suite workstreams.
- Translate business and architecture requirements into practical integration designs.
- Guide developers on iFlow design, mapping, error handling, monitoring and deployment.
- Support SAP PO/PI assessment, migration and modernisation activities.
- Define integration patterns, reusable templates and delivery standards.
- Review technical designs and ensure solutions are secure, supportable and scalable.
- Work directly with client architects, project managers, functional consultants and technical teams.
- Help estimate, plan and manage integration delivery activities.
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP BTP Integration Suite or SAP CPI.
- Experience leading integration delivery in SAP environments.
- Practical understanding of SAP ECC, S/4HANA and common SAP integration technologies.
- Strong knowledge of REST, SOAP, OData, IDoc, RFC and file-based integration.
- Ability to mentor developers and review technical work.
- Clear consulting communication and confidence working with client stakeholders.
- A pragmatic delivery mindset with strong attention to quality, governance and supportability.
- Current right to work in Australia.
- Experience migrating from SAP PO/PI to SAP BTP Integration Suite.
- Knowledge of SAP API Management, Event Mesh or Advanced Event Mesh.
- Experience with Cloud ALM, integration monitoring and observability.
- Exposure to enterprise architecture, integration governance or pattern catalogues.
- Experience working across FMCG, utilities, retail, manufacturing or public sector clients.
