About the role

We are looking for a junior Full Stack Developer to help design and build modern enterprise applications across SAP and cloud-native technologies.

This role is suited to someone with early commercial experience in SAPUI5, CAP, React or TypeScript who wants to grow in a consulting environment. You will work with senior developers and architects to build applications that integrate with SAP systems, automate business processes and deliver clean user experiences.

What you'll do
  • Build front-end applications using SAPUI5, Fiori and React.
  • Develop backend services using SAP CAP, Node.js and TypeScript.
  • Integrate applications with SAP systems, APIs and enterprise data sources.
  • Support design, build, testing and deployment activities across client projects.
  • Help create reusable components, templates and technical documentation.
  • Troubleshoot defects and support application improvements.
  • Work closely with UX, integration, architecture and client delivery teams.
What we're looking for
  • Some hands-on experience with SAPUI5, React, CAP, Node.js or TypeScript.
  • Understanding of web application development, APIs and database-backed applications.
  • Familiarity with SAP BTP or a strong interest in learning it.
  • Ability to work with REST APIs, JSON, SQL and common development tools.
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to learn from senior developers and contribute to team delivery.
  • Clear communication and a practical delivery mindset.
  • Current right to work in Australia or New Zealand.
Nice to have
  • Experience with Fiori elements, CDS views or OData services.
  • Exposure to SAP S/4HANA, ECC or SuccessFactors.
  • Experience with GitHub, CI/CD, automated testing or cloud deployment.
  • Familiarity with design systems, accessibility or responsive UI development.
  • Experience working in a consulting or client-facing environment.
